Tooway™ doesn’t offer a ‘one-size-fits-all’ Internet broadband service. We believe in choice, because we understand that different criteria play a big part in your Internet access needs.

Bronze, Silver and Gold packages

The Tooway™ service is graded in three different packages: Bronze, Silver and Gold, with a Fair Access Policy designed to ensure that exceptional usage by a few customers does not negatively impact on the normal usage of other customers.

The three different service packages have been tailored to fit the varying requirements of home-users, offering downlink speeds of up to 2048 kbps in both the Ka-band and Ku-band configurations. Uplink speeds are available at up to 384 kbps in Ka-band and 156 in Ku-band.

End-user tariffs will be defined by local service providers partnering in the distribution of the Tooway™ service.

Both services can also be combined with Ku-band DTH television reception from Eutelsat’s HOT BIRD™ neighbourhood at 13 degrees East, with additional equipment.
